LIBSOPA 200 laser spectroscopy in-situ analyzer
Product details

The Laser Spectroscopy In Situ Analyzer (LIBSOPA-200) is a new analytical instrument that perfectly combines Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and In Situ Statistical Distribution Analysis (OPA) techniques. Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy in-situ statistical distribution analysis technology (LIBSOPA) focuses high-energy laser on the surface of the sample, and the sample is broken down to form a high-temperature plasma. By detecting the plasma spectral signal, the composition and element distribution information of the sample are obtained. The analysis principle is that the surface of the sample is penetrated by high-energy laser to form plasma, and the plasma light is filtered and split before being detected by a multi-channel photomultiplier tube detection system. Determine the type of element at the breakdown site based on the wavelength of the spectral characteristic lines; The intensity of the corresponding spectral line after calibration represents the concentration of the element at the breakdown site. With the help of a precision 3D mobile platform, the excitation surface of the sample can be well positioned and recorded, enabling arbitrary point scanning, one-dimensional linear scanning, one-dimensional depth analysis, and two-dimensional surface scanning analysis. Based on this, the original content and state information of each element corresponding to the original position of the material can be obtained, and statistical analysis methods can be used to quantitatively characterize the segregation degree, porosity, and other information of the material. This method not only has the advantages of non-contact analysis, micro area analysis, and depth analysis of laser spectra, but also has the in-situ and statistical properties of in-situ statistical distribution analysis techniques. The successful development of LIBSOPA-200 provides new technical means and quality criteria for the analysis and application of material composition, defect analysis, coating and other samples.
